Why?

To reduce the use of valuable raw materials, we have long been looking into the possibilities of using recycled materials. One example of this is a cartridge for the dishwasher, which contains the detergent for several wash cycles. The product was newly developed and designed in co-operation with our customer. Until then, there was no known comparable product on the market. The product is made from 100% PP including IML and is therefore fully recyclable and can be disposed of via the dual system.

Innovative!

In line with the European Union's aim of improving the plastics recycling economy, a raw material was sought for the cartridge with portioning unit that is not only recyclable as before, but also consists of recycled material. Intensive raw material research and various production tests yielded the best results. By using 100% recycled PCR material, it was possible to massively improve the sustainability balance of the product while retaining all product and material properties.
