Step by step to the perfect tool.Step 1: Design + Prototype

On the basis of your packaging idea, a detailed packaging design has been created. Now we design the tool necessary for production. Our experienced and versatile experts do this against the backdrop of achieving efficient series production. We start with the detailed planning of the tool using innovative CAD technology. A prototype is produced for example as a bespoke 3D model. Comprehensive tests, optimisation and documentation accompany this step.

Step by step to the perfect tool.Step 2: Design release + pilot tool

We create pilot tools for both design release by our clients and risk minimisation. These tools also enable the supply of pilot series often comprising of several thousand pieces for marketing tests, logistics and transport studies as well as quality control at a very early stage.

Step by step to the perfect tool.Step 3: Series tools + assembly

Now fully air-conditioned production of the series tool can start to ensure precision even in the region of one thousand of a millimetre (!). For quality assurance we use comprehensive gauging systems and test methods:  each step is thoroughly tested and recorded. Following the assembly of the tool, the pilot series for final acceptance is produced. Series production starts: fully-automated, proofed, reliable.
